EXECUTIVE SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
Notice to the general public is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of Gaithersburg plans to conduct a closed Executive Session immediately following its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, August 3, 2009 at City Hall. The meeting is proposed to be closed pursuant to Section 10-508(a)(4) of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to consider a matter that concerns a proposal for a business to locate, expand or remain in the City. The closed executive session will be conducted pursuant to a motion properly adopted during the session of the Mayor and City Council on Monday, August 3, 2009.
